Problem

Municipal inspectors needed browser-based access to ArcGIS feature services with the same look-and-feel as ArcGIS Online — but with custom workflows and PKCE auth integration into the city's identity provider.

Solution

ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript with the Calcite Design System and PKCE OAuth wired to the customer's SSO. Custom map widgets, feature-table editors with attachments, and a Web Map picker with access-level badges.
