Delete your data
How to ask GeoLink to delete the information we keep from your messages on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, or from our website forms.
1. Send us your request
Email octavio@geolink.dev with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the channel you used and how to find you: your WhatsApp number, your name on Facebook, or your Instagram username.
2. What we delete
The conversation and its messages, the images and voice notes you sent, the profile details we read from Meta (name, picture, username), the ad you arrived from, and any contact request saved from that conversation or from our website forms.
3. Confirmation
We reply to the same email address within 30 days to confirm the deletion. We may ask for one detail to make sure the request comes from the account holder.
What we may keep
Invoices and payment records we are required to keep by law. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own records.
Messages inside Meta's apps
Deleting your data at GeoLink does not remove the chat from your WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram app. You can delete it there yourself.
