Problem

Cargotrans Nicaragua runs CargoWeb (B2B ops), CargoMóvil (operators), and Connect (outsourcing) — but had no consumer-facing app. 20,840 active customers were forced through call-center workflows for tracking, shipping requests, and account questions.

Solution

CargoTrack — a B2C tracking and shipping app on Next.js + Vercel + AWS, mirroring the FedEx / Amazon experience over Cargotrans's existing 250+ NI destinations and 220+ international corridors.

WhatsApp Business notifications on every milestone, Stripe + local payment rails, and an admin console for the customer-experience team to handle escalations.
