Problem

Small e-commerce operators lose orders the moment business hours end. 38% of inbound inquiries land after 8pm, and the team is already buried under repeat FAQs during the day — qualifying leads, repeating prices, asking for the same name + budget + interest over and over.

Conversation data goes nowhere. There's no dashboard, no attribution, no record of which chats turned into sales.

Solution

A WhatsApp automation platform on the official Meta Business API: an AI-powered chatbot handles FAQs and lead qualification 24/7, captures structured data (name, budget, interest), then hands off to a human agent with the full conversation in context.

Dashboard for the team covers inbox, inventory, and business intelligence — every conversation tagged, every sale attributed. Setup tiered $600–$2,250+; ongoing $30–$60/month plus Meta API costs (inbound is free, only outgoing messages bill).
