The problem

A 5-year-old locker operator on the Miami → Managua corridor. Same WhatsApp inquiry problem as the veteran lockers, smaller team, sharper need for automation.

What we built

Same architecture as the virtual-locker build above, tuned for a smaller operator: carrier-API automation, milestone WhatsApp notifications, BAC + LAFISE + Banpro payments. Phase 2 adds an Expo mobile app for iOS + Android.
