Problem

PinoleroBox has run a Miami → Nicaragua locker service for 20+ years. Customer anxiety at every milestone turned into 10–20 inbound WhatsApp inquiries per day, pulling operators off the receiving floor.

Solution

A bilingual customer portal + ops console. Carrier APIs (Shippo + Amazon OAuth) automate Miami receipt with photo capture. Every milestone — received, consolidated, in transit, ready for pickup — fires a templated WhatsApp Business message and email in Spanish.

BAC Credomatic + LAFISE + Tigo Money payment rails. Vercel Blob for package photos. Auth.js with WhatsApp OTP.
