Events & Community Platform

The client runs in-person events for women leaders in Managua. GoHighLevel handled marketing, but every event ended in a community that died on launch — and local payment rails (BAC, LAFISE, Banpro) were never first-class.

A single Next.js platform replacing GoHighLevel: native ticketing with local payment adapters, WhatsApp Business as the engagement spine, and every event automatically becoming a permanent community space for attendees.

Neon Postgres + Drizzle, Auth.js with optional 2FA, Resend for email, Plausible for analytics, DGI Nicaragua e-invoicing.
